CheckPoint's pneumatically powered, positive displacement, reciprocating injection pumps exhibit superior durability. Specifically designed for and proven in demanding oil and gas production applications, CheckPoint pumps are used in many other industries, including pulp & paper, water treatment, fertilizer dosing, and food processing. Their pneumatic 1250 & 1500 line covers flow rates from 0.0025 to 36.46 USG/H (0.009 to 138 L/H) and process pressures up to 15,000 PSIG (1,034 BARG).

The CheckPoint pneumatic motor is composed entirely of 316L SS. It is double-acting (no return spring), and can utilize many pressurized fluids (gases and liquids) as drivers. Chemical heads are available with a plunger or a leak-proof stainless steel diaphragm, and premium seal and construction materials, including Hastelloy™, ceramic, 316SS, PTFE, and Kalrez™. All materials of construction are compatible with sour gas to NACE MRO175/ISO 15156.
